Are you considering making some updates to the interior of your home in 2022? There are so many new and existing trends that offer some exciting inspiration for any upcoming interior design project. In this blog, we will be discussing some of our favourite trends for this year and how you can implement them into your home.
Gorgeous Shades of Green
Whether you are looking to change the colour of your walls, soft furnishings or smaller decorative pieces, adding the colour green into your home is very much on trend for this year. Some of the top paint companies have named green as the top colour trend for the coming year and we couldn’t be more thrilled! If you are looking to add the colour green through your blinds, we can help! Our extensive range of roller blinds includes lots of beautiful green options.
Warm Neutrals
Crisp whites, steely greys, and other cool neutrals, although long-time fan favourites, will be taking a back seat when it comes to interior design trends in 2022. Preferences are starting to shift in a warmer direction! Incorporating variations of tan or taupe with soft pink undertones will help to warm up a room and create a happy feeling.
Local & Sustainable
Consumers are now more inclined to look into how their furniture is made, including the wood, glues, and fibres used to create it, as well as how far it has to travel to get to their homes. Here at GLE Blinds & Curtains, we are your local blind and curtain shop, offering a fast, friendly and reliable service to the North East.
